Çocukların spora teşvik edilmesi için ülke çapında farkındalık ve bilinç oluşturmak amacıyla sporun çocuklar ve gençler üzerindeki fiziksel ve zihinsel faydalarını kendi deneyimleri üzerinden paylaşacak Olimpik Anneler Kurulu, Olimpik Anneler Projesi’nin elçileri olmuştur. 2015 yılında hayata geçirilen bu proje ile Türkiye’de spor kültürünün yaygınlaştırılması ve daha sağlıklı nesillerin yetiştirilmesine katkıda bulunulması hedefine gidecek olan yolda somut adımlar olarak proje yetkilileri tarafından şehir ziyaretleri gerçekleştirilmeye başlanmıştır. İlk olarak Bayburt, Çanakkale, Samsun ve Kocaeli Valiliklerine ziyaretler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu ziyaretlerde, Olimpik Anneler Projesi’nin şehirlerde nasıl hayat bulabileceğine dair karşılıklı fikir alışverişinde bulunulmuş, her şehrin ayrı ayrı spor olanakları ile ilgili mevcut durumun tespiti yapılarak belirlenen ihtiyaçlara göre uygulama planı hazırlanmış olup çalışmalar sürdürülmektedir. *2024 Paris Olimpiyat Oyunları Programında yer alan sporlar. *2024 Paris Olimpiyat Oyunları Programında yer alan sporların Uluslararası Federasyonları.
